Fit Lifestyles......"Personal Training in a class atmosphere"
Family Sports & Fitness has developed the most productive and cost effective fitness plan available.  Loose inches, build muscle, improve your diet and feel younger for a fraction of the cost of other personal training programs. Ernie Wimbish (FSF Fitness Director/Certified Personal Trainer and Co-Owner of Athletic Training & Performance) will be directing the classes, providing you with the most efficient way to achiveve your fitness goals. Ernie is also a certified in nutrition and will work with you in developing proper eating habits. The class atmosphere offers Ernie an opprtunity to share his vast knowledge to a group which inturn reduces the cost for each member.

Unique Training “Ernie’s Boot Camp”
This program is a cutting edge fitness program. You will work in a class setting with a personal trainer. Ernie Wimbish, who has helped many of our members, will offer his unique style of achieving physical fitness.


Ultimate Training “Athlete Training”
This program is an ongoing fitness regiment for those who have completed the Unique Training Program or someone who Ernie feels is ready for this level of training. Ernie will be advancing his training techniques to take you to the next level with your strength, endurance and toning.
